Sabil Al-Quran
1) Definitions
“Services” means online Qur’an/Tajweed/Arabic lessons, materials, free trials and related features. “Student” or “You” includes a parent/guardian acting for a minor. “Tutor” means our teacher or contractor.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
- Students under 18 must enroll via a parent/guardian who manages scheduling, communications and payments.
- You are responsible for account confidentiality and all activity under your account.
3) Classes, Scheduling & Attendance
- Lessons are delivered via Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp.
- Join on time with a stable connection. If you’re late, the class ends at the scheduled time.
4) Free Trial
One free trial per new student unless we approve otherwise; subject to tutor availability.
5) Plans, Pricing & Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe/PayPal. Subscriptions authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- We may update prices; where required, we notify you before renewal.
6) Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
- Reschedule: give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule without charge.
- No-show/late cancellation: counted as taken and non-refundable.
- Tutor absence: we will reschedule or credit you.
- Refunds: monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the cycle starts, except where required by law. We may grant pro-rated credits at our discretion.
7) Conduct & Safety
- Be respectful; no harassment or inappropriate content.
- For minors, a parent/guardian should be reachable during sessions.
- We may record brief segments for QA/training with prior notice; you may opt out unless needed for safety or legal reasons.
8) Educational Materials & IP
All materials and site content are owned by Sabil Al-Qur’an or licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal study only. Do not copy, publish or resell without written consent.
9) Testimonials & Reviews
By submitting a review/testimonial, you permit us to display and reuse it (with your first name/initial and country if provided) on our site and marketing, per our Privacy Policy.
10) Prohibited Use
- Unlawful use or rights infringement.
- Sharing account access or bypassing security.
- Recording/distributing classes without permission.
- Uploading malware or scraping our site.
11) Third-Party Services
Integrations (Zoom, payment providers, etc.) are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
14) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sabil Al-Qur’an, its tutors and staff from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
15) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend/terminate access for violations, safety concerns, non-payment or misuse. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
16) Changes to Services or Terms
We may modify features or these Terms. We will post updates and update the Effective Date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Good-faith resolution first via contact@sabilalquran.com. If unresolved, disputes will be [resolved by the courts of your chosen venue or by binding arbitration].
