We bill in USD. Any local currency shown on our site is for reference only and may differ from your card statement due to FX/provider fees.

Account & Identity

Full name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, time zone, country, preferred language.

Student Profile

Age (or year of birth), parent/guardian name (for minors), level, goals, and availability.

Payments

Billing details and transaction references processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers or CVV).

Lessons & Support

Schedules, attendance, tutor notes, assignments, and communications via email/WhatsApp/live chat.

Technical & Cookies

IP, device/browser info, and analytics events to keep the service secure and improve the experience.

3) Why We Use Your Data (Lawful Bases)

  • Contract: to create accounts, schedule and deliver lessons, and provide support.
  • Legitimate interests: service improvement, fraud prevention, and platform security.
  • Consent: marketing messages and certain cookies; you can withdraw anytime.
  • Legal obligation: tax and accounting requirements.

4) Communications & WhatsApp

By sharing your number and choosing “Enroll/Contact via WhatsApp”, you agree to receive service messages about scheduling and support. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying “STOP” (where supported) or by contacting us.

  • Payment records: 7 years to satisfy tax and bookkeeping laws.
  • Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.
  • We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.

9) Children’s Privacy

We teach minors only with parental/guardian consent. Parents create and manage the child’s account and may request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s information at any time.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including encryption in transit, access controls, and staff training. No method is completely secure; we continually review and improve our controls.
